Friendly efficient and supportive customer service

Just discovered Cambrian Credit Union through my employer and feeling so reassured I did- signed up for the savings via salary and their cams savings club which will help me budget better. Explanations from their customer service teams and guidance and support to help me sign up has been second to none. Reviewed on: 10th June 2026

Cambrian staff have always been efficient and helpful.

Cambrian staff have always been efficient and helpful. Now that the Rhyl branch has closed, i contact them by phone. It doesn’t matter what enquiry I have. They sort out everything for me as always efficiently and in a very pleasant manner. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

Borrowing and Saving

We have both borrowed money from Cambrian (for a home improvement) and regularly save with them. Both are handled efficiently and when you need to contact them by phone, they are always helpful. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

Great service and always helpful I’ve been with Cambrian Savings & Loans for some time now and I’ve always had a really positive experience. The team are friendly, understanding and take the time to explain everything clearly — you’re treated like a person, not just a number. Whether it’s with savings, loans or speaking to their financial wellbeing team, they’ve always been supportive and fair. It’s refreshing to deal with a credit union that genuinely cares about its customers and the local community. Well deserved nominations and I’d happily recommend them to anyone.
