A very professional organisation

I've been investing with Capital Rise for almost five years now, achieving good returns for a cash investment. Money is tied up for the length of each development (12 - 36 months typically) but if you split your capital across a range of investments you can receive regular payouts which I continually re-invest. The team give me a monthly update on my investment value and a quarterly report on the works carried out on each building development showing progress to date and anticipated completion time. The team are easy to talk with, helpful and each new investment opportunity is fully explained highlighting any potential risks that they see. A very professional organisation.
