I don't have a bad word to say about Carmoola! Their sales team were on hand every step of the way during my car buying process. Every questions answered swiftly and directly. Their after sales team are also amazing as well as their customer support team! When I was experiencing money difficulties, and was struggling to pay my monthly repayments, they did not apply and pressure or threats, like other car finance companies I've used. Quick registration for unregistered dealership

I had a unique experience with the person on the phone when I was about to buy my car, the dealership I wanted to use was not registered at that time and he just told me to get the name and Company number of the dealership snd while still on the phone he got the company registered and verified and the sale was able to pull through. The whole process was flawless and it was easy to connect to customer care services who offered excellent support. For instance when I went to pick my car it was a Saturday and there was an issue confirming the payment had made to the bank, the customer service facilitated the transfer and this was very helpful. Made the process seamless!

I switched my car finance from another company, and Carmoola handled everything! They were so helpful, really efficient and couldn't of made the transition easier for me.
