I’ve been a Carmoola customer for just over a year, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. The initial application process was incredibly simple. Their app is one of the best I’ve ever used, everything was clear, straightforward, and completed within minutes. I was approved quickly, and having the in-app card ready to use gave me the freedom to purchase the exact car I wanted without any hassle. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, modern, and stress-free. What has really impressed me, however, is how they’ve treated me over the past few months. After being diagnosed with a life-changing medical condition, I found myself facing uncertainty about my finances while undergoing treatment and recovery. Like many people in that situation, I feared the worst and worried I might lose my car. Instead, Carmoola showed genuine understanding and compassion. Their team listened, treated me with respect, and arranged a three-month payment hold, giving me the breathing space I needed to focus on my health and recovery rather than financial stress. It’s easy for a company to provide good service when everything is going well. The true test comes when customers face difficult times, and Carmoola exceeded every expectation I had.
