Fast and very helpful

Very smooth and easy to follow application

It helped that the application was already somewhat pre-filled, the entire journey made me feel safe and informed at each stage. There was even an opportunity to explain anything on your credit report, which I think is a useful feature. Reviewed on: 20th June 2023

I was sceptical about applying for a loan. The advisor was amazing, she listened to my concerns, clarified and answered my questions. I asked many questions which were answered to my satisfaction and the advisor did not rush at all - great patience. I was kept informed about the process of my application.
