Unfair savings account interest rate disparity

My wife and I are current and savings account holders. The rate she receives on the same savings account as mine is higher. Apparently because she is on a different 'savings journey' than me. I hold significantly more money in my savings account than her. I do not agree with different customers being offered different rates on the same account based on such reasons.
