Chase delivers a great service through an intuitive ap. The savings rate is exceptional for a bank. Moving money between accounts is away. Account details and card details easy to view and update. No number on bank card makes it more secure. Brilliant Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Great Customer Service

Chase is a brilliant bank as you can actually get to speak to real people who are always happy to help. Also this is the only bank I have known that actually make you feel valued as a customer, they get in touch with you to let you know they have increased their interest rates on your savings which is such a welcome change.
