Great rates and excellent service

Everything is so easy

Online application was easy and was processed quickly. Great interest rate, App has an excellent layout and is easy to navigate, excellent communications. I have several current accounts and savings accounts with other banks, but Chase is the best in my opinion. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Chase the new age banking

Chase has been my preferred bank from the time I started almost a year ago. Initially I was attracted with the easy of opening, managing and maintaining my accounts. Later on the benefits of banking with them increased when they started increasing the interest rates on Savings account. It is such a benefit to receive some money during these difficult times. Their phone service has also improved immensely over the year. One think I must point the MOBILE APP is sluggish at times and slow. Needs improvement...otherwise it is a very good bank.
