The only bank I trust

I have had horrific experiences of banks in general so it speaks volumes that a) I recommend Chase, and b) I am writing this review but, more than that, c) I trust Chase. That tells you they’re a whole lot different than my experience of the rest. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025

Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. Easy to contact and really helpful professional and friendly customer service people and live chat is brilliant. Very responsive and thorough. The APP is brilliant. The most convenient way to bank for me

Very easy to manage my savings and current account online through the app. Everything is at my fingertips. I can create different savings accounts for different goals with ease… for eg home improvements, holiday accounts etc. and manage them at a glance. It’s very easy to transfer across accounts and have an instant overview of everything. The interest rate is generally quite good… although is falling. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025
