Easy website to use

Easy to open account and deposit money. Would be better if there was an app which I could check on my phone and verify with biometrics rather than a text, as I live in a rural area without much signal to receive texts. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

Brilliant for Online Instant Access Saving.

Never heard of you till we saw you in the Daily Mail weekly survey as the best deal at that time for online instant access savings. I feel good!

Savers dream bank

Interest is competitive. Easy to run the account - no minimum amounts to start saving, no restrictions on deposits or withdrawals, no change in interest if amount in the account drops below a certain level. Good security - have to have mobile code to access account. UK bank, location clearly stated, backed by FSCS. I'm a new customer, all going well so far. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025
