The account was easy to set up and access online. Transfers seem to be more-or-less instantaenous. The interest rate is competetive. I received a call from them one time when withdrawing money which makes me think they care about fraud. The customer representative was friendly and easy to deal with. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

Overall very positive. The only drawback is that it takes 24 hours to get your money in to your linked current account. Most other savings accounts can do this transaction almost immediately Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

Excellent Easy Access Account

To be honest I’d not heard of Chetwood until I saw them in a newspaper ‘league table’ for Easy Access accounts. It was easy to open an account online and transfers between my savings account and my bank account are easy and speedy. Competitive rate of interest which I hope will long continue.
