I am a long time user of Chip. Started using the service not long after it was released. I was so impressed with the idea... I am a long time user of Chip. Started using the service not long after it was released. I was so impressed with the idea of Chip that I even invested in their company! I love using it and it’s the only platform I use to save my money. I have recommended to all my friends and family and even work colleagues to use chip! Terrible customer service

Can't speak to a person as there is no telephone number, chat is a joke with robotic cookie-cut answers, very difficult to withdraw money they require lots of documentation

I've been using chip for about 4 months, it was quick to set up, easy to navigate and has plenty of ways to help a... I've been using chip for about 4 months, it was quick to set up, easy to navigate and has plenty of ways to help a novice like me build something (not least, better financial habits) for the future.     Best App for saving

    Living in London I find it incredibly difficult to save money but when I got Chip I managed to start saving and with the AI... Living in London I find it incredibly difficult to save money but when I got Chip I managed to start saving and with the AI saves I dont even notice it. I also find Chip has some of the best rates for savings and ISA accounts. This has enabled me to enjoy London more and I have recommended Chip to my friends and family. Read more Read less
