I transfered from Nottingham&Lincs Credit Union to Clockwise Credit Union as part of the merger and i have found the customer service experience and staff very friendly and helpful. The merger was smooth and i have had to call on 3 occassions and been dealt with in a curtious & friendly manner. I am also impressed with the website and account, it is easy to use and navigate. Christmas saver

I have used CCU for a number of years (back to when they were Lincs CU) for putting money aside at arm's length in a Christmas saver. This has worked out well for me and I have the peace of mind when the festive season approaches that I have money saved up for gifts. Reviewed on: 15th July 2025

Savings account. I had a savings with Clockwise Cerdit Unit. I had good experiences with them. I just wish they had better opening hours as its difficult to go to the branch when you work full time and they are only open for a limited number of hours. And i also wish they offered higher interests on the saving accounts. Reviewed on: 15th July 2025

Great online, phonelines need attention

Really hard to get through to an actual person on the phone if you experience difficulties, automated service looped with no option to speak to an advisor, however when calls are answered problems are efficiently resolved. Reviewed on: 15th July 2025
