I’ve been a reoccurring customer for years and Steve and his team are always polite and swift in sorting out my doorstep loans. Even during the corona virus when I needed to replace my swimming pool for my children as it costs over £400 as it’s an over overground pool. They explained each step as it had to be non contact. As was sorted out within half a day. The admin ladies are fab polite and they go the extra mile makes borrowing money easy and not looked down on Reviewed on: 28th May 2020

Lovely family run business!

I have had numerous credit agreements with this company. Their interest rates aren’t astronomical compared to other credit lenders. Their customer service, face to face, aswell as over the phone has never been anything less than amazing. An amazing family run business. Would recommend to any one looking to get a short term loan! I’ve been taking out doorstep loans with Cockle finance for a few years now and I can honestly say they are my go to lender..... the application is so easy either online or over the phone, there’s always somebody on the end of the phone to help and I’ve not had an experience yet where they haven’t accommodated my needs or at least tried to. Repayments are easy, simple and affordable. They offer everything you need/want/expect from responsible lenders and I can’t fault their service. Well done to all of you! Reviewed on: 23rd May 2020
