Breakdown in the middle of nowhere in Provence

With the clutch master cylinder "blown" we managed to limp to a specialist garage. Comfort /RAC took over from there, quickly arranging taxis, hotel accommodation and chivvying the garage far better than I could. Reviewed on: 8th September 2017

Good service and friendly helpful staff

On our 3rd year of insuring our Motorhome with Comfort. They have Consistantly been the best quote at renewal time and I find their staff most helpful and always very friendly. Nice to see a company who puts the customer first - can highly recommend. Reviewed on: 8th September 2017

When Disaster Strikes

After a major fire within our motorhome the vehicle was declared a total loss. Being a top of the range marque we had major concerns regarding the resultant claims experience. We needn't of worried because from beginning to end both Comfort and the insurer Aviva took us through the process without any problems and within a few weeks a replacement vehicle was on order. Motorhome peace of mind

Although thankfully we have never had to use your services we feel confidence from the customer service we have received during our initial taking out of our policy with Comfort and the subsequent renewals. Very helpful staff, gives us all the cover we need for our long stay holidays abroad including breakdown, at a competitive price.
