Five Star Peace of Mind

Searching for motorhome insurance I came across countless recommendations for Comfort Insurance. I telephoned them for a quote of which I was more than happy with. Everything was explained in a clear, straightforward way. I had peace of mind, no doubts, knowing that all was in order, for a reasonable premium. It's never a problem

I have been a motorhome owner for some years and I had been with a number of companies before finding Comfort about 5 years ago. I have always had excellent personal service and help with queries. I live in the Channel Islands and all aspects of our local registration and insurance disc issues were dealt with seamlessly. At renewal the new rate was kept reasonable and recently I had a collision with a deer recently which was handled by staff with professionalism and promptness. I would definitely recommend Comfort. Top insurance provider

Simply the Best

I like many Motorhomers are usually more senior in age, than an average insurance user. So, we have usually experienced the full spectrum of poor to excellent service allied to the same range for costs too. Comfort Insurance have always been very competitive in their pricing, remembering there’s ALWAYS someone cheaper, and perhaps most important was when I did need to make a claim their customer service was very helpful. Always there when you need them

The most outstanding time was when we were stuck in Morocco due to bad weather in the Straits of Gibraltar. Our green card insurance was due to expire. No problem. Comfort arranged an extension at no cost. Pity that they no longer cover Morocco. It's a good non-Schengen destination in the winter. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023
