Such an easy app to use with all the essential features that every business owner needs to function and get things right especially when it come to the dreaded accounting period. Brilliant App and Facilities but lacking in customer services. 3 times I've requested to exercise my direct debit refund guarantee but on the 3 times I've had no resolution or response ...... Maybe if you could call them it might help as there email contact is very poor as I contact method. They should have a call or live chat feature but unfortunately none if the above. So overall I'd say they are goo until you have a problem that requires assistance from customer services. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Counting up Is a great business bank account. Although slow at first, the last few months it’s updated on a few issues and is now an excellent facility for my business.
