Life changing

I'm more that happy to leave a review for this company. They have literally changed my life. A friend of mine told me about getting an IVA, what it was and mentioned this company whilst discussing my debt and how soul destroying it was. At the time I was over £22,000 in debt, at 25/26 years old. It was suffocating. I honestly didn't think anything or anyone could help, it was too much money. Anyway I made contact with them and my first impression was positive, from the get go, the agent was so friendly and the communication was clear and comprehensible. Every agent after that was the same, super friendly, made everything super easy to understand. They have a particular accent from Scotland but its very clear, received pronunciation. They walked me through every step, and even before anything was done about my debt, I felt confident that these guys could do it. I was already beginning to feel less stress. When we came across an issue that blocked my eligibility/requirment they solved it in a matter of days, they stayed in contact with me to make sure I was updated even though it wasn't necessary as they were quick about it. But you can tell that they know how stressed their clients tend to be due to their financial situation, and I was one of them. Their agents should be praised for their acute emotional intelligence and ability to respond to our needs in such a positive, calm way. Their customer service is bar none. I dont know how other companies work or if they are on the same level as Creditfix when it comes this. Luckily I havent needed to find out. Also at the time I checked their reviews on trustpilot to see if they were legitimate, just in case. As it all seemed to good to be true. And they have nothing but excellent reviews. Which boosted my confidence in then even more! I have already written 2 other reviews pre and post IVA on trustpilot for them, and now once again for this competition. For me this is the least I can do, they've changed my life. I no longer suffer from financial stresses or anxiety. I'm still paying monthly my IVA but its affordable according to my present financial situation. From the moment I called them asking for help to the moment I was approved of my IVA was just over 1 month. Which is incredible! These guys are not just extremely courteous, but also incredibly professional and fast. They know what they're talking about, and they know what they're doing. I've had 2 agents hqndling my case, and I've had to ask them to repeat a few things or explain it in a different way so I could understand at times, and it was never a problem for them! Its clear that these agents and Creditfix as a company really want to help people, and this really shows. I honestly hope this company wins this award, they absolutely deserve it. Changed my life

Friendly fast helpful

Stress free help

Creditfix helped me. At the start of the pandemic i got put onto furlough and could no longer afford my debts. I took payment holidays to try and juggle payments as long as i could. Was getting very stressfull. I went back to work and got demoted instead of laid off. So was earning less money. I gave creditfix a call and they were brilliant.
