The staff have been brilliant each ti.e i have spoken to someone, my debt was affecting my anxiety and i would end up in tears and then embarrased tears. The staff understood and now i pay a amount i can afford and although its 6 years it has taught me to never get that bad again. It was due to my daughter moving out and losing an income i would normally pay the bills with. Reviewed on: 16th June 2021

Following government advice to shield due to poor health my income dropped drastically. I was unable to repay my loans. I found Creditfix while researching ways to approach loan companies about my situation. Creditfix gave me the support and advice I was looking for. I have never received such excellent customer service from any other company. Everything was clearly explained before a very quick and suitable solution was reached. At last I could sleep and stop worrying about my finances. My mental health improved. Loan companies ceased calling me constantly. I received 100% support with all enquiries I made. Brilliant company who I can’t thank enough helping me out when I was in debt. Talked me threw everything and always there if I needed to ask them a question. Highly recommend them to any one who is struggling with money there is a way out and there helpful and friendly. I’m now a lot happier and able to sleep and not worry every day . Thank so much.
