I felt ashamed being in debt and buried my head in the sand making things worse, a phone call to Creditfix and I honestly slept well for the first time in a long time. They put me at ease and never judged , I will always be thankful to them. Reviewed on: 1st September 2021

We had one problem at the start of our journey with credit fix, and they helped us out massively organised a payment break for us to sort out the slip up, creditor, 9.9 % of the time we always get a friendly helpful adviser that puts our needs first. Solved my debt problems so quickly!

I was in a very bad situation where I had gotten myself into too much debt that I could no longer afford to keep up my various minimum payments. I contacted Creditfix online and a representative called me almost immediately. I explained my problem, which was very hard for me to talk about at first, but I was met with such kindness and understanding and no judgement whatsoever, which really helped me to feel at ease. The process was explained to me very clearly and there was no pressure at all to go ahead with the proposal that they had set out for me. I am so glad that I went to Creditfix for help as I am now repaying my debtors a sensible amount that I can afford each month, I am now able to sleep at night and I am on track to being debt-free!
