Easy to use and friendly staff. Now I can use my bank card to make my transfer so I do not need to do on line banking very good service. Reviewed on: 9th March 2020

An easy way to buy currency at fair rates that I have come to trust

I've been a customer of Currencies Direct for several years. While some other providers may offer slightly better rates still, they are not all equally easy to use and most have high lower limits on the funds to transfer in a single transaction. For smaller transactions, the rates are fair, and the system is easy. For more complicated requests or large transfers, telephone support is available to help you through it too. Currencies Direct has never let me down in about five years of regular custom. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

I have used the services of currencies direct on numerous occasions whilst living abroad. Money was transferred from my foreign bank account to the uk in 3 hours bypassing poor exchange rates and handling charges from my foreign bank. When I have had made an enquiry it has always been answered and there is always someone to speak to over the phone.
