Currensea is a travel debit card that links to your existing bank account.

There are three Currensea plans. Essential is subscription fee free, Premium and Elite plans do have an annual subscription fee but have no foreign exchange charges.

Great debit card that integrates using open banking

This debit card links to my exiting UK bank account using the Open Banking standard and allow me to save on foreign card and ATM transactions. I've tested the card both in Europe and South America and it work great when I am traveling. It also gives me instant notications of transactions and how much I save via the app and email notifications. Reviewed on: 21st January 2021
