I have been insured with cycle plan for approx 5 years, fortunately during that time I have not had an accident but did have my bike stolen. I found dealing with them a good experience, after showing proof that the bike was being kept in accordance with the policies requirements they promptly showed me replacement bikes and finally paid cash so I could find one to suit me without any further trouble.
