If you need help you can get through to a human and they are so helpful . You don’t have to wait ages for them to answer. The interest rates offered are always good. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2026

Initially problems.

Initially problems setting up one of the two accounts despite doing both on line one after the other. Called c/s but "help" wasn't fully satisfactory. Overly complicated setting up of security settings and use of their words ie pass code, password etc didn't help. Eventually sorted. Other banks have additional security but easier to set up. Cynergy bank account is easy to use and any withdrawals are actioned in minutes with now issues. Both the online banking and app are very simple and easy to use, information and help facilities are readily available. Personally I have not found any problems. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2026
