I have saved with Cynergy Bank for several years...

I have saved with CynergyBank Bank for several years and have never experienced any problems. They are easy to deal with and any necessary communication is dealt with promptly and efficiently. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

ISA Transfer

The application was straight forward and I was kept informed about the transfer process by polite customer services. They let me know when the transfer to their bank was completed and all was well. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

Very difficult to obtain monies on maturity.

Very difficult to obtain monies on maturity. Supposed to be in the electronic age in banking. Took two phone calls and seven days to expedite !!! Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

GREAT EXPERIENCE.

I HAVE A CASH ISA AND CAN MAKE AS MANY WITHDRAWLS AS I LIKE AND GET A GOOD RETURN ON MY MONEY. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM DEALING WITH CYNERGY BANK AND WOULD RECOMEND THEM TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026
