Really posotive way to manage debt successfully, taking the constant pressure off the debts mounting up. We found a managable repayment plan. Had no issues with these, kept my payments up to date as much as I could, had a small issue with a late payment but they were really understanding and helped me spread that over more months, my iva has almost finished and cannot wait, thanks Reviewed on: 27th October 2023

Horrendous service

No consideration that there is a very distressed person involved. Communication refers to you as Dear <Autogenerate First Name, Last Name>. There is never an individual - not even sure if I am dealing with a real person or a robot. In one sweeping statement I am in bits as they are now saying I am in breach of my IVA when I have complied with their requests on time! Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely awful! Now known as Debt Movement, this company have treated me very poorly over the past 6 years. I have explained how the IVA I entered into was under duress from an abusive ex who has now disappeared and left me to pay his debt for the past 3 years. They do not care, won't do anything about it even though most the debts are in his name, would rather let my ex continue his abuse of me than actually be helpful and let an innocent person pay off their abusers debt.
