Quick and easy

Easy to set up, available to talk to and competitively priced

Having used Endsleigh for all my childrens' possessions insurance while they are at University, I have no hesitation in recommending them. I have been able to set-up policies easily and quickly online, make modifications over the phone when required, and talk to someone when I needed to. I have found the staff to be universally polite, friendly and helpful and always willing to take the time to explain anything that wasn't clear, or get answers to questions that they could not immediately address. My sole criticisms would be their preference for auto-renewal (not unique to them, but not something I personally want as standard), and their default use of a credit provider who's TrustPilot record and score would make anyone shudder. student friendly

Great value insurance

Endsleigh was the cheapest insurer I could find for my laptop. Most other insurance companies wouldn’t insure my laptop model and I like how endsleigh insures gadgets up to 3 years old Reviewed on: 26th August 2020

Renewal Review

Very good service over the phone and I was able to renew my policy for another year at a great price. The person I spoke to was able to explain all aspects my policy covered and what price each individual aspect would cost me for the year and check that I was happy with the current cover I had. They also included university and rent fee protection free of charge which was an added bonus. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for comprehensive cover for a good price. Fantastic value and Great Customer Service

Going into my fourth year with Endsleigh after having a variety of different products during my studies such as top-ups to those they already covered as part of my Student Halls contract and also contents cover when I've been living in different private accommodation. Always got through to friendly staff when I've called up and have had no issue amending my premium mid-year. Hope to stick with them once I graduate! Reviewed on: 25th August 2020
