Go above and beyond

Hall lane staff members are all extremely lovely and help me when applying for my loans. They are brilliant at explaining everything that I need to know and are always willing to go above and beyond. Reviewed on: 19th May 2026

The best of the best

Been with ECU for years now they are much better for people on low incomes. With the low interest rates on loans and the help and advise you can access on their app regard your credit and any other benefits you could be entitled to as well as help for people with dept. You can also open different savings accounts with them which it what I'm doing on the app today. Thanks to ECU we've had multiple good Christmas , holidays or spends, we've used money for new appliances in the house and new furniture and accessories for my garden. Reviewed on: 19th May 2026

Amazing team

Everytime I need help or support they are really the only people I can count on, they go out their way to help me everytime and they always explain everything in depth and make sure your level of understanding is clear they are so friendly and deal with things quite fast I love being a member. Community organisation that genuinely cares.

I’ve had such a great experience with Enterprise Credit Union. The team are always really friendly and welcoming, and they take the time to explain everything properly, which makes things so much easier to understand. It really feels like a community organisation that genuinely cares about its members rather than just a financial service.
