Value and service

When ordering on line to collect in the local branch I've always had an excellent response time. even when ordering Polish or Thai currency (possibly not the most common travel money in Spring!) Getting U.S.Dollars or Euros 'on spec' has been just as successful. The rate is always competitive too. Reviewed on: 30th January 2019

Best currency exchange in the UK

I often have to change money from one currency to another and was searching for the best deal for quite a long time. Then I found Euro Exchange near where I live and it has always the best rate. I would give five stars to that company. Reviewed on: 30th January 2019

I travel abroad regularly watching United and use the Bury Branch a lot to change Sterling to Euros or the currency of the country I'm visiting. So I'm a regular customer. I always get a pleasant welcome and the service received is efficient and no nonsense. They even helped identify some obscure notes I had - which were not able to be exchanged - but the main thing is the staff were helpful and attentive. I work in the customer service industry (I outsource call centres) so know a fair bit about what customer service should be. Can't fault the Bury Branch. Reviewed on: 30th January 2019
