User friendly interface

Website is easy to navigate, staff are friendly and helpful on the phone, policy is easy to choose and take out & fit for purpose. Peace of mind

With the huge excesses that hire companies now charge, and the fact that they look for the tiniest of blemishes when you return the car, it is a great comfort to know that if I do have an 'incident' with one of their cars, I am covered without losing my excess, for a fraction of the cost.
