I had taken loan twice with every day loan company in Stoke. Customer experience is overall great and I would recommend. But the application process is like from 1950's sorry i must say. You cannot do it online only way to get loan you have to go to one of their offices in person. This is only ONE company who is working like this. All other loan companies are 100% online no hassle, just easy application and decision in minutes with eSignature is all what is required and this way all loan companies should operate.
