Fantastic people working at Sunderland branch. Put me at ease immediately as I was a little embarrassed due to my credit file being not so good. I got the loan I wanted with everything explained out to me in detail. No pressure put on me to take the loan. Reviewed on: 15th April 2019

The team at Chester were warm and welcome and explained everything. They listened to my situation and treated me like a human being and not a number and approved a loan that brought my monthly payments down.
