The team at Chester were warm and welcome and explained everything. They listened to my situation and treated me like a human being and not a number and approved a loan that brought my monthly payments down. From beginning to end, all staff members I spoke to were incredibly helpful and patient. All my options were explained to me in simple enough terms while giving me all information needed. I needed a loan to pay off some short term loans and to buy a laptop. The fellow at every day loans rang me to arrange a meeting and that same day, I went there and we looked through my finances and sorted an affordable and cost saving loan to suit my needs and I got the money in my account that afternoon.
