They went above and beyond to help, ( came out to our house to save us going into town), in order to set things up. They continued to check we are ok throughout the loan. All in all a humane and thoughtful lender. Reviewed on: 13th April 2019

They sent a letter at home offering to me a new loan, because I am a good customer, when I called to take it, they said waiting six months more and we will see? Question, why they sent a letter congrats you and later when you called just denied? That us way I reted two, you must to keep your processes at the same time I am keeping my payments on time, so I recommend do not sent that type of letters by customers because they will be very disappointed. I needed a loan asap for some unexpected car repairs. Applied and went to see them and the young lady was very efficient and quick at her job and made sure I was informed every step of the way through the application.
