I was in trouble, I’d got myself into a downward spiral of debt, Everyday Loans were my saviour. They were so helpful and understanding, they explained everything to me and with the loan from them I cleared my debts and got myself back on my feet. I’ve just paid off my loan to them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a loan. Reviewed on: 12th April 2019

If I knew the ins and outs I wouldn't have gone through

I was going through a difficult time which resulted in the need for a loan to help towards my father's funeral costs. The application was easy and at the time I thought the customer service was amazing. However, on reflection I realised that because I was in such a vulnerable state at the time, I didn't fully understand the terms and the amount of interest (which is extortionate). I happened to be able to pay the load off almost a year later, when I called to settle the account I found that the customer service wasn't all that great, the man wasn't that helpful when I was shocked to find that the amount to settle the account was just short of the amount I had borrowed in the first place after paying for almost a year. I felt I was pulled in initially and even persuaded to take out a loan higher than originally applied for. I understand upselling and the nature of your roles, but I was in a vulnerable state at the time and now a year has passed I feel like I was preyed on. Reviewed on: 12th April 2019
