A joke

After going into a debt management plan with everyday loans included in it. I then get a phone call of them asking if I would like to apply for another loan, I was extremely took back by this. They also send you emails calling you by another persons name? This is also unacceptable... very unprofessional Reviewed on: 12th April 2019
