Bad management of account

They said my interest rate would be reduced after 12 months, i have never missed a payment and my credit score has gone up, but they didnt reduce the interest as agreed when signing. So very dissatisfied Reviewed on: 10th April 2019

Not always helpful

Went from paying monthly to weekly but my payments went up and I was still told my loan would still finish at the normal date but after getting a statement it showed i only had 3 months left on it, otherwise helped when I called to ask questions and some of the account gave me mobile numbers so I could always make contact with them before it was moved to milton Keynes.
