It was not perfect but smooth and clear.

The staff were quick to process my application and provide assistance with all my queries and apprehensions. Starting from referral by Believe to Evolution Money, it was not perfect but smooth and clear. The only thing is when they ring, you are in the middle of something at work and cannot action it quickly. Thank you to Richard, Arran, Yasmin and Paige for their patience. I found dealing with Evolution money to be very clear and straight forward and was able to get my secured loan through very quickly. However, they were also very thorough in their checks and throughout the process, kept reminding me my home was at risk and checking affordability, so definitely a conscientious lender. A great help

We were seeking a way to consolidate debts but had been unable to extend our exsisiting Mortgage. Evolution Money stepped in and helped us obtain a secured loan to clear the debt. The staff were helpful and patient and did not push or force us to take on unnecessary debt. We have since recommended friends to check out Evolution Money. Reviewed on: 9th July 2026
