Evolution Money were incredibly helpful throughout the process of my secured loan. Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable and could answer all of my questions. I didn't feel hurried or pushed to make any decisions. Reviewed on: 18th April 2026

Rushed but efficient process

Obtaining a secured loan is obviously a complex process however it did seem at times that evolution money representatives were rushing and had no awareness that as someone who works fulltime, I am not available from 8-6 and in my opinion calls in the evening should be accommodated more. I was always under pressure to be available before seven and drive home from work quickly to be available. Reviewed on: 18th April 2026

Evolution helped us get a loan for our new kitchen

Evolution Money helped us secure a loan for our new kitchen. They were in contact with us throughout the process and explained everything properly. They have real people that look at your affordability and not just a computer that looks at your credit score, once they have everything they contact you and explain everything again so you understand all the terms of the loan, and the money was received when they said it would be.
