Lots of contact and communication. The process was relatively straightforward. I did actually feel like the process was quite personal as the people I spoke to were personable. Help to buy - great solution for additional lending!

Long admin process with initial advisor which could have been covered by a spreadsheet being sent to us. Maisie in the underwriting team could not be faulted. Clear, gave timeframes and delivered what was expected when it was expected - delightful to deal with! Reviewed on: 14th July 2026

Amazing Experience, quick and smooth throughout

I have applied for loan and with an amazing outcome. The Whole process was so smooth, very professional . The response was almost instant. Everything got sorted from start till end within 2 weeks. Best Secured loan company.

It was really amazing as I got rejected in most of places but Evolution Money offered me the loan with a best interest rate possible.
