Lots of negative points about this bank but lets face it if you dont like it go back to them rip off high street banks... Lots of negative points about this bank but lets face it if you dont like it go back to them rip off high street banks then you be moaning, Fidor bank is a perfect bank account if your wanting a bank with no credit card or loan or over draft facilities (if you want this go to high street rip off banks), direct debits are coming in December then it will be the perfect little online bank there is plenty of online banks outhere that charge a fortune to use it some charge £20 a month plus fees to use their services, my wages go in this bank and i can use the debit card... Fidorbank customer service ignoring my pleas for help
I was stranded in the Philipines during lockdown and lost my Fidorbank Creditcard and bank details,i also no longer had access to my email adress... I was stranded in the Philipines during lockdown and lost my Fidorbank Creditcard and bank details,i also no longer had access to my email adress i contacted Fidorbank customer service for help and to give me information on my account, balance details etc, although i attached a copy of my passport and a signed declaration, they just ignored me saying that i have to email them from my registered email adress which i no longer have access to! terrible customer service and lack of compassion. I've been invited to update on my previous review. Basically, no change, it's still a dreadful excuse for a bank. It's great for keeping one... I've been invited to update on my previous review. Basically, no change, it's still a dreadful excuse for a bank. It's great for keeping one or 2 pounds in, you can then book pay on arrival hotels and sign up for free trials of Amazon Prime with no danger of being charged if you forget to cancel in time. Other than the above, they are still promising the same things coming soooooon that they've been promising for the last 4 years, and seem no closer to delivering.
