Excellent customer service. Advisor was knowledgeable and able to advise me on the right insurance for my classic motorcycle. She found a great price with insurance for my needs. Not only that she was able to suggest several clubs for me to join which could give me a range of discounts and incentives. First Class... I have already recommended to several friends. I've insured two classic cars with Footman James in the last couple of years and have experienced exemplary service throughout. They know classic cars have been helpful in finding me the right insurance for each. Waiting times for customer services calls have been practically zero and staff are friendly and very quick to help and do actually call back unlike some ither insurers. As titled, can't fault them!
