Simply Without any Fuss, threats or Drama!

I had a really easy time when called up to insure my old classic Mini 1000. It was, in many respects as it used to be done, over the phone, polite, patient and with old school manners and curtsey. I was not in anyway put off driving my car as with so many other insurers as they read out a list of doe’s and don’t; it was a reminder of how things were once done and, I am pleased to say old world customer care is still alive and kicking in 2018!
