The initial policy setup of my Classic Car Insurance was made very easy & straightforward. All the options were explained very clearly and gave me confidence that I had chosen the right policy for my needs, The renewal was equally straightforward and ensured that this policy was still relevant and continued to meet my needs. Changes at renewal

I realised when I received my renewal notice that I had personally made a mistake when I had taken out the policy - I hadn't noticed as I had not read through all the documents thoroughly - something that I always recommend my friends to do. It was something so simple - I hadn't ticked the box for agreed value insurance - something that would have made a big difference in the event of a total loss and for only £10 difference! As there were a number of other changes I needed to make I got straight on the phone and it was all sorted immediately - it couldn't have been simpler. I would recommend Footman James to anybody - excellent policies, excellent premiums and excellent service! Reviewed on: 28th September 2017

best insurer I've had

they are so easy to deal with. I've had to change details on my insurance policy quite often; where its kept, moving house, value, mileage, etc. and each time they make it very easy to do it. very quick phone call and can even get me through it when i can't remember my policy number. just all rounder very friendly and helpful Reviewed on: 28th September 2017
