I recently renewed my insurance for my 2 treasured classic Jaguars they are recognised by the Jaguar enthusiasts club and rightly so.Staff efficiently updated my information instantly .The policy is clear and gives confidence that they have covered every possible event if the worst happened. Upon renewing my policy with Footman James I had several questions regarding the renewal conparing with another insurer, the advisor I spoke with was very helpful in answering my questions to help with my renewal where I was glad to renew with Footman James once again.. I've been using Footman James for my classic car insurance since 1989 and (believe me I've been checking) there have been no unnecessary hikes in insurance premium since then; hence I've remained loyal. Overall their classic car package is very competitive. I've used them sometimes for my everyday car; sometimes they're competitive, sometimes not. Very good service overall; fortunately I've not had to test their service in the event of a claim! Reviewed on: 31st August 2018

Superb service at a sensible cost

I have had a multi car policy with Footman James for several years, providing cover for my five classic cars and motorbike. Their service has been excellent and they have a great understanding of classic cars. Nothing is too much trouble and phone calls to them are a pleasurable experience compared to most insurance companies. Cannot recommend highly enough Reviewed on: 31st August 2018
