Excellent customer service

I was surprised that they improved their plans and even gave a refund when I downgraded to Basic. Most subscription services are increasing prices and reducing service offerings.

Drawbacks however are that some of the shares' can be volatile so you must learn to always invest what you are willing to lose to make some gains. For somebody new to investing.
