Satisfied customer when holidays go well or do not

I have chosen Get Going over several years and holidays abroad and find them very competitive on pricing and easy to administer. September 2023 I had to cancel my holiday due to a leg injury and the claims process was quite easy to follow and the customer service I received was exemplary, the claim was handled by helpful, caring employees and refunds processed in a very acceptable timeframe Reviewed on: 2nd September 2024
