With a Glasgow Credit Union savings account, members can save regularly between £10 and £1000 each month across accounts. Withdrawals are via BACS transfer and can be requested in app, online or by phone.

Best financial service in Glasgow - for the people and not for Profit!

Great customer support and I really like that I can call one number and speak with a member of staff without being passed on or having to press lots of extension numbers to speak to someone. The simplicity of the service works, its really customer facing. Lobe the fact I can attend a AGM if I want and that board opportunities are .open to members as well. I joined the Glasgow Credit Union many many years ago the check off system is easy as the saving collections are taken at source , it is extremely easy to set up and forget about it, the dividends are paid yearly so far I have had no complaints, last year due to Covid 19 to keep the financial integrity of the credit union no dividend was paid. I do not have a problem with that decision as it was put to the members at the AGM Reviewed on: 11th August 2021

Never believed in CU

Was told for years to get into one as it will help me manage my money offer help and training and give a loan without high interest rates. This is the reason I got into debt, but using the tools they give basic English understanding I now have a better knowledge of interest and Apr meaning and repayment. Need advice they are quick to respond on the phone and email support done a great job during covid-19 outbreak. Well done ALL!! Reviewed on: 11th August 2021
