About this product

GoHenry offer prepaid accounts for children.

There is a fee for using these accounts, you can choose from three GoHenry memberships. Everyday is a debit card and app, Plus includes interest on savings and max is a family plan. Kids can learn through Money Missions in their GoHenry app.

Great for children finance understanding

My son knows he has a few jobs to do to ensure he is topped up each week, we are at the stage his money goes in every week and when he is out and about he knows what he has in the bank to be able to pop in a sweet shop or whatever it may be now with friends but he also saves for things like nan and grandads birthday and buys presents for others etc.... His day to day tasks are done without having to ask him.... He has learnt importantly you can't spend what you don't have and with this in mind I hope it is teaching him not to borrow money as he gets older or live in credit card debt etc. Reviewed on: 29th January 2021

Fantastic account to teach children how to manage their money.

Money used to burn a hole in my daughters pocket, however now she is starting to really understand how to save with the fab features of this card. She is able to set herself targets, which she actually enjoys and looks forward to her weekly allowance. She also enjoys seeing the savings mount up too. Fab card for children. This is so handy. I love how I can see whenever my children have spent money. It’s like an inbuilt tracking device if they’re out and about with their friends. I also like the “tasks” function. Only criticism is being charged for topping up parent account, but I guess this is how they make their money. Reviewed on: 29th January 2021

A cash card that is handy!

Was looking for a way to give pocket money for my eldest daughter that has the ability to encourage savings and motivation to do her tasks without me reminding her and gohenry card just did that! It has a very easy easy app that you can monitor your child’s spending,as well as make changes in a click of a button. It gives me peace of mind and control with it’s handy notification regarding my child’s money activity and most importantly teaches my child responsibility on how to handle money.
