GoHenry offer prepaid accounts for children.

There is a fee for using these accounts, you can choose from three GoHenry memberships. Everyday is a debit card and app, Plus includes interest on savings and max is a family plan. Kids can learn through Money Missions in their GoHenry app.

Have had a GoHenry card for my son since he was six. It’s been so good for teaching him about managing his money, saving up and most importantly giving to charity, which he’s done every week and has donated over £45 now bit by bit. He’s just turned 13 and is loving being able to pay with his phone/watch, and his new dark themed app. It’s also great that he can now use a aort code and account number to have money paid in directly. Great for building budgeting skills and independence GoHenry has been brilliant for helping my daughter learn how to budget and manage her own money. It gives her a sense of independence while still allowing me to keep an eye on things. The app is easy to use, and the spending controls and goals really help her make smart choices. My son loves it and so do I. You can set goals for saving money. There's also tips on there to help you save too. Easy for friends/family to send money over to my son too but sending them a link. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
