The easiest and smartest way to provide pocket money .

Such a great way to support your child in their transition from child to young person who is more financially aware and ready for a level of independence that still protects . Reviewed on: 25th November 2019

Very Happy Grandparents

Our three Granddaughters are very pleased with their cards. From the youngest two at 6yrs old, they feel really grown up paying for things themselves but also being able to see the account and how much they have saved. The eldest at 12yrs old is very happy with her independence, savings and generally feeling grown up. We and their parents are impressed with the service and it being all part of the future and helping their children understand the way of the financial world of actually being a grown up. I intend to recommend to others. Reviewed on: 25th November 2019

Great way for kids to learn about money

gohenry has been great for our eldest daughter going to high school and means she can go out with her friends for a coffee and take time to have more responsibility in the world. Our younger daughter loves her card as well. If gohenry didn't already exist we would have to invent it. Can't recommend enough for parents. Reviewed on: 25th November 2019

Brilliant idea for family life

It’s a very easy-to-use platform that enables parents to regulate children’s pocket money in a way thats fit for the 21st century. Children can use their pocket money with contactless payment, withdraw it from a bank machine and spend it online - unless of course a parent blocks one of these if they don’t feel their child is ready to use these. For example, an 8 year old child may need to begin to learn how bank cards can be used and how contactless payments can be used, but their parents may not feel ready to introduce them to purchases online or withdrawing from a cash machine; the parent has the ability to remove and enable these features at any time. Parents can also receive alerts on when their child’s card is being used, where it is being used and how much has been spent: a brilliant feature for making sure kids are spending money where they should do! The only downside that I can think of is being unable to transfer money from a gohenry account to another account - for example if a child has an ISA. Nevertheless, the gohenry account has a savings feature of its own, allowing a child to set goals, developing their budgeting skills. Overall, a brilliant bank that is perfect for modern family life. Great for children!

We struggled to find an account that would work for our 10 year old. Now our 8 year old is on it. A safe, secure way for children to start to learn how to manage and be generous with their money. Reviewed on: 25th November 2019
